When is Beau’s Pet Hotel reopening?
Beau’s Pet Hotel is VERY excited to announce that we will be reopening our doors for all services on Wednesday, 28 July!

To our supportive customers to follow our Covid Safety Plan: when bringing your pet in, you will be required to wear a mask, sanitise your hands and check in.
If you are currently in quarantine, have come in contact with a confirmed case of Covid or are presenting with any cold or flu symptoms, please stay safe at home.

I am on the waitlist for one of your services, will you contact me?
Yes, we are currently working through our services waitlist and a member of our customer service team will be in touch with you soon. We appreciate your support and patience in this process.

I have a credit. Is there an expiration date?
All credits are valid for one year from the date of cancellation. 

I cancelled my booking due to COVID-19 before Beau’s closed and received a credit. How long is my credit valid for?
All credits will be held on file for one year from the date of cancellation. 

How do I use my credit?
We have kept a record of all those who were issued a credit due to COVID-19 cancellations. When you make a new booking, we will apply the credit for you.

My booking was cancelled, but Beau’s is now reopening and I’d like to proceed with my original booking. Do I need to rebook?
Yes, you will need to rebook via our website, phone or email. However, if you requested to go on our waitlist at the time of cancellation, then we will contact you. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.

Can I make a future booking?
Absolutely! We are now accepting bookings which can be done via our website, over the phone or via email.

When you reopen, will there be social distancing measures in place?

Yes, the health and wellbeing of our pets, clients and staff is our highest priority. We will implement social distancing measures in line with current Government advice. Prior to reopening, we will inform our clients of the new social distancing measures in place. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep our community safe.

Can I still come for a tour?
Our tours are available from Monday to Saturday 11am - 1pm. You can book a tour by sending us email at or calling on (08) 8115 6080.
