ANIMAL ATTENDANT

We are currently seeking energetic, skilled, experienced and qualified Animal Attendants to provide exceptional care to dogs and cats at Beau’s Pet Hotel across our services due to ongoing growth.

The responsibilities of the Animal Attendant include;

  • Day to day animal husbandry including cleaning, feeding, medicating and grooming
  • Providing enrichment activities and specialised care to all pet guests
  • Supervising day care activities
  • Working as an integral member of the Beau’s team
  • Delivering memorable customer service

It is important to us that our Animal Attendants have a minimum tertiary qualification of Certificate II in Animal Studies (or an equivalent qualification) and a thorough understanding of Animal behaviour and temperament, with demonstrated animal handling skills. We require casual employees to work flexibly over a 7 day roster and be available to work during peak periods such as school holidays and public holidays.

GROOMING STYLIST

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Groomer to provide consistently high quality dog grooming services to Beau’s growing clientele.

Our Groomers will offer exceptional service and education to customers and develop lasting relationships with a strong focus on developing annual dog grooming management programs. They are also responsible for providing high quality grooming services across a variety of breeds including bathing, drying, nail clipping, ear cleaning, brushing, combing, de-sheds, sanitary trims, scissoring, full clips, parasite control and other ‘a la carte’ grooming services as required.

It is important to us that our Groomers have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Beau’s is a positive reinforcement environment and our groomers are required to use a reward based methodology.
